Hilary leads the people, culture and events function, including developing leadership programmes, cultural and digital capability, and leading diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
Hilary is an accomplished leader in the areas of talent development and organisational growth, with deep expertise in leadership capability building and professional skills development. Hilary’s career spans senior roles in learning and development, organisational development, and HR across a wide variety of industries.
In her most recent role, Hilary served as the Global Head of Leadership Development at Grant Thornton International Ltd., guiding the development and implementation of our leadership programs and the strategy behind our people development. Prior to this, Hilary served as the head of organisational capability and learning and development at Grant Thornton Australia.
