He has over 15 years of experience providing audit services to public and private companies across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology and services. He has significant experience with public equity offerings, M&A, U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, SEC and PCAOB technical matters. As the leader of the Latin America Business Group and international business director, Loretto helps drive business development for cross-border international assignments and leads a team of international experts that supports the firm's international business strategy.
