The world has changed dramatically in the past few months. A highly connected and mobile workforce has in that time almost entirely stopped moving as borders close and businesses seek to manage the economic impacts. Before this unexpected development, the tax landscape in global mobility had been evolving and with that, the costs of mobility to many businesses was incrementally increasing.

In this webcast, we will consider how businesses and mobility professionals can respond to tax trends and identify approaches to manage costs of global mobility programs to support financial management efforts within multinationals.

Joined by Katrin Razzano of Graebel, we consider how organizations can evaluate opportunities for cost management and savings associated with mobility programs, if cost reduction targets are feasible, and how to evaluate and report on the results from both a cost and performance perspective.

Learning objectives:

  • Identify global tax developments and their impact on global mobility
  • Cite the impact of US tax reform on global mobility
  • Identify opportunities for tax and program cost savings in global mobility programs

  • Richard Tonge, Principal, Grant Thornton LLP
